A Day of Creativity & Style at Delta College - May 1st!

Get ready for an inspiring day showcasing the incredible talent of San Joaquin Delta College's students and alumni! From fashion to interior design and fine arts, immerse yourself in a celebration of creativity and innovation.

What's Happening:

  • Design on Display Exhibition (10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Danner Hall): Explore a diverse collection of student work, including fashion design, illustration, textiles, interior design, and more! Witness live demonstrations of textile weaving, fashion sketching, and 3D interior design. Cast your vote in the Eco Design Challenge for a chance to award a $100 prize to the most innovative sustainable design!

  • Arts, Library, and Multimedia Division Performances (Starting 11 a.m., The Quad): Enjoy live music, vocal and dance performances, plus captivating demonstrations of bronze pouring and ceramics.

  • 'A Story of Fashion' Runway Show (7 p.m., Outdoor Quad): After a long-awaited return, witness the stunning original collections of four advanced student designers: Fiona Curie, Justin Hung, Antonio, and Patricia Nichols, alongside standout pieces from esteemed alumni: Kathy Vang, Tien Nguyen, Susan Rodriquez, and Alyssa Gibson. Over 50 models, styled by professionals, will bring these designs to life!

Delta College's Fashion Program: Cultivating Future Talent

The Fashion Program provides students with crucial industry access, hands-on training, and opportunities to connect with fashion professionals, preparing them for successful careers in the field.

All events are FREE and open to the public! Join us there and support the next generation of designers and artists.
