About the Event
Legacy 916 presents its inaugural Hall of Fame Awards Gala — a prestigious evening honoring the pioneers and future icons of Sacramento's DJ culture. One night recognizing every set, transition, and packed dance floor that defined the 916 scene.
We are conducting an online casting call for professional models to serve as Award Presenters during the live ceremony. This is a compensated, on-camera production role with direct stage visibility alongside honorees.
The Role
Award Presenter — Floor & Stage
Two-model team structure. Floor presenters accompany Hall of Fame recipients from their seats to the stage entrance, then hand off to a stage presenter who guides each honoree to the podium. Precise, coordinated, and visible throughout the ceremony.
Compensation
Flat Rate $75 Full ceremony window — approx. 3 hours | Overtime $20/hr Applies beyond confirmed call time |
Exact call time — 6:30–9:30 PM or 7:00–10:00 PM — will be confirmed as the event date approaches.
What We Are Looking For
| ●Professional stage presence in a formal, high-profile event setting |
| ●Experience in live event, runway, promotional, or brand ambassador work preferred |
| ●Ability to follow ceremony cues and coordinate with a partner presenter on the floor |
| ●Punctual and reliable — this is a structured production timeline |
