EVENT SUPPORT: Calling All Volunteer Makeup Stylists!

Join the Dress Up Wine Down Team & Support a Great Cause!

Dress Up Wine Down show is seeking talented and passionate volunteer makeup stylists to help our models look their absolute best on the runway! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, network with other industry professionals, and be a part of a vibrant and exciting community event, all while supporting a worthy cause.

The Dress Up Wine Down show is organized by the Handle District, with the runway fashion show presented by Fashion Week Sacramento. This event raises money for WEAVE INC (Women Escaping a Violent Environment).

We are looking for stylists to support approximately 30 models.

Event Details:

• Show Date: Saturday, May 17th

• Location: Capital & 19th Avenue, Sacramento

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute makeup looks that complement the show's overall aesthetic.

• Provide professional makeup application for models, ensuring they look flawless for the runway.

• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, backstage environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a makeup stylist.

• Proficiency in a variety of makeup styles, and natural looks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.

• Must provide your own makeup kit.

• Must be willing to volunteer time and services for this community event.
